The User assumes all risks associated with the operation, maintenance, and use of the printer. Markhor3D disclaims any responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the printer.
User Responsibility: The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any damage or harm caused by the printed items produced using our 3D printer. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that the printed objects are safe, compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and suitable for their intended purpose. Markhor3D shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the printed items or their use.
Prohibited Prints: The User agrees not to print any dangerous, harmful, or illegal objects that may pose a risk to themselves or others. This includes but is not limited to weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, or any items that violate local laws or regulations. Markhor3D reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders that involve printing prohibited items.
Disclaimer of Warranty: Markhor3D does not provide any warranty, express or implied, regarding the performance, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose of the 3D printer. The printer is provided "as is" and the User accepts all risks and responsibilities associated with its use.
Indemnification: The User agrees to indemnify and hold Markhor3D harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of their use of the 3D printer or any prints produced with it.
Modification of Terms: Markhor3D reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. It is the User's responsibility to review and comply with the most current version of the terms.
By proceeding with the purchase and use of our 3D printer, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
